Hi, I’m Gwen D’ Pots—an AV professional based in Florida with a strong background in audiovisual technologies and Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) training. I specialize in designing and delivering AV solutions that enhance communication, collaboration, and engagement across corporate, educational, and creative environments.

My passion for AV began long before I entered the industry. From a young age, I was captivated by the way technology connects people. Whether I was wiring up a stereo in my bedroom or helping a friend set up a gaming console, I was always drawn to the challenge of making devices work together effortlessly.

That early curiosity eventually led me to study AV system design and integration in college. There, I dove deep into signal flow, equipment mounting, system calibration, and hands-on troubleshooting. Combining technical theory with real-world application gave me a solid foundation and a genuine appreciation for the complexity of AV systems.

After earning my degree, I launched my career as an AV installer, working on projects ranging from luxury home theaters to large-scale corporate boardrooms. Those experiences not only sharpened my technical skills but also taught me the critical importance of detailed planning, clear communication, and adaptability on every job site.
